Refund policy

Due to being a small business specializing in custom orders, we will not be accepting any returns or exchanges as each item is made to order. Please check the size chart if you are unsure of sizing.  DeFiore Designs' crewnecks, tees and hoodies are preshrunk and unisex sizing *unless specifically stated*! We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for sizing, so size up if unsure with the fit or fabric, or email us for personal assistance on picking a size! DeFiore Designs individual size charts are on the listings and all items are true to size unless stated otherwise. We don't offer cancelations or changes to orders as they go straight into shipment. 

Once your order has been processed within the 10 business day time frame, it will be shipped and you will be updated as to the delivery or pick-up status. If you have any inquiries regarding shipping delays you will need to contact USPS so they can best serve you.
