Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed within 3 business days but can take up to 10 business days during busier weeks/holidays, and THEN your order will ship. 

Where is my order?

SHIPPING POLICY (orders are shipped within 10 business days for regular orders and APPROX 4-6 weeks for pre-orders)

RETURN POLICY (no returns or exchanges at this time)

Orders will be processed within 10 BUSINESS days from the date your order was placed. ( this means I have up to 10 business days to make/ package your order THEN it will be shipped! ) After that you can check tracking on your email / phone confirmation. If you have any shipping inquiries you must contact USPS so they can best serve you. We don't offer cancelations or changes to orders as they go straight into shipment. Please triple check your sizes and addresses!

We are not responsible for any international duties/taxes/tariffs charged to customers upon international delivery.  If packages are declined or returned back to us, you will be refunded your order value MINUS the international shipping cost.

What size am I? How do I care for my apparel?

Sizing for each listing will be at the end of the photos for the listing! All items run true to size unless stated otherwise! DeFiore Designs Tees and Crewnecks are preshrunk for your comfort. 

Please wash all apparel inside out, on cold and air dry. For boutique clothing you must check the individual tag for best care instructions! We are not responsible for incorrect washing.
